I have doubts that it's a useful load.
I doubt that the 185 grain will give reliable expantion at such a slow speed and the 75 grainer is very near useless.
I think one fast moving hit (with expansion) will more likely stop the terrorist than would two love taps that bounce off of his shirt.
(I use Doubletap Ammo's 165 gr. .45 ACP +P lead free. From the test barrel I think they give 1200 fps with .82" expansion.)
