Need guidance

Hi there Guys and Girls

I need some guidance in writing a letter or such to the DPS in New Mexico about seeing how to get them to change there law about not issuing CCW's to non citizens does anyone know who and how I go about it

Probably would have to write a congressmen about the issue, or maybe the Governor or something. It probably wont help out too much, but hey, its worth a long shot.

John, I can't imagine a politician, in a day of terrorism, sponsoring legislation to allow non-citizens to get a concealed carry permit. I think you just got to jump through the hoops to become a citizen and then apply at that time.
