Is there a maximum amount of fire power (firearm) Florida I can carry under a CCW?

I would say not. Florida is a lot like Pa in gun laws and we don't have a limit on caliber. But I would keep in mind over penetration and I wouldn't carry a .500 or something for fear of whatever is behind of what I'm aiming at. A 9mm will penetrate more than a .45 but will cause less damage.

Do some research on ballistics and penetration differences on the calibers and carry to what suits you.
