A almost semi dirty, area of the city. The whole city is actually a poor dump. Those 3 scums probaly live in the worst part of the city. These scums can care less about a elderly man riding a bike near the college. I had a scum spit at my truck while I was driving and he was J walking. People in this town just throw trash anywhere they please not caring about nothing. This city actually rated poorest city in America.
