The regular monthly business meeting of Louisiana Open Carry Awareness League (aka LOCAL) will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 in the meeting room of the Shoneys Resturant on Hwy 51 near I-10 in Laplace, La. All LOCAL members and anyone interested in Open Carry are encouraged to attend.
