Kahr customer service

Been carrying for about 5 years everyday. About 6 months ago shot my first kahr and love it for a CCW. So I bought the 380 and 9 and carry them everyday now. My question is.... reading online it looks as if kahr doesn’t have the customer service that Rugar or Smith has. Love both companies customer service. Just nervous about kahr over the long hall. Has anyone dealt with kahr good or bad? I’ve ran about 1500 rounds through both with no hiccups. Just concerned if I ever need them

I had an outstanding customer service experience w/Kahr for my CW40, but be prepared to wait 4-6 wks. for repair turnaround. Kahr fully addressed my minor gun appearance and mag release button issues.

I was a bit ansy sending my complete firearm to/from Kahr without going thru an FFL -- you can do that as the firearm owner -- but Kahr's CS and prepaid FedEx shipping labels made it easy and painless.

JMO re: my experience. BTW, I own several Kahr models/calibers.

Was it under warranty or after the five years?

It was still under warranty, less than 2 months after I purchased it.
