Is Your Firearms Training Realistic?

I just googled and there are a number of paintball games played locally where one team battles against the other. It says some play regularly for sport, while the majority are first timers playing for recreation. I suppose this might be a little more realistic than shooting at targets. Personally, I've never tried it - maybe I'll go one time to see what it's all about. I see one coming up that is 'the battle for Chicago' that is a 3 day event - the ad looks almost like a military battle.

I do train in multiple scenarios but my targets are always fixed. I might have to try a more aggressive training protocol to acclimate myself to a more realistic program. Although it must be defense shooting NOT aggressive escalation. Fine line , I know, but must be defined in case you have to appear in court.
