Indiana to Florida

I live in Indiana and I am going to Florida for vacation, I am driving through Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida. All these states accept Indiana's CCW. My question is, do I need to have my gun locked up away from me while traveling, or can I keep it next to me in the car? Another question, when I am in Florida, can I carry it on me while I am walking through town?

I'm assuming you did your research on TN. If TN recognizes yours as ours. We can conceal or open carry, you can have your handgun ready to rock n roll on the front seat. If you do conceal you do not need to inform Leo's you are carrying, unless asked. You must provide your permit when asked. Fl is not open carry and printing can get you into trouble.
