Holster from Korea

I have my great uncles colt 45 from Korea and it has the actual leather holster with it. What would you use to preserve it?

Ballistol. Last week, I just did a leather Harley handlebar bag and it turned out excellent and then walked over and lubed my garage door rollers. Tomorrow, clean two pistols. Great product.

After all of this time, it is probably pretty dirty. I would first gently clean it with a soft sponge and saddle soap before using anything else on it.
