Today i was reading the news and seen someone had started a petition to deport justin bieber. So i decided to make a real petition! I want to try to get Maryland to change from "May Issue" to a "Shall Issue" state. I'm hoping for a lot of support and I know a lot of people who would want to obtain or be legally able to CCW. Our arguement is simple, Maryland is infringing upon our right to bear arms! So if "WE THE PEOPLE" stand up for our rights we shall recieve them, but if we bury our heads in the sand..well, thats when you get people like obama in office.
