I get that since the guy couldn't use his arms they might not have charged him at all, or dropped the charges sooner. But... he WAS riding around with 3 other guys with a stolen gun in the back seat compartment. And none of them admitted to owning the gun at the time. Not the best choice in friends. Hopefully he learned not to hang out with a guy/guys who carry stolen guns.
