Went to time Warner cable office in Lawrenceburg ky yesterday and they have a gun buster sign on the door.

"30.06" sign is a sign used in Texas. It's one of 2 signs that by Texas law prevent people from legally carrying guns inside. The other is a "51%" sign meaning at least 51% of the business inside is from alcohol sales. Check your local laws, these are Texas only as far as I know.
