Great court ruling in FLA

there has been a case winding it's way through the courts regarding a student's ability to store a gun in their car while it is parked on a university campus.
the ruling is that since the state has preempted all the laws pertaining to firearms the schools hasn't the ability to regulate firearms on campuses, this is a big step in a good direction
