Did the laws change is Georgia to where you can open carry?

Not sure what you're asking as far as changing in relation to WHEN ...

There were some changes made in the laws last year when SB308 was signed into law - but nothing since.
What place(s) in particular are you asking about ?

You've ALWAYS been able to OC ANYWHERE you've been able to CC..... It makes no difference whether open or concealed, but yes, we can carry more places since SB308 ...
