6:34 hours according to google with current traffic on 27. Having driven US-27 to get there, it will take 8. I hate the turnpike and US-27 has become bumper to bumper many times above Haines City. Where I live, I can get to Sawgrass Mall faster than I can get to most places in Miami such as Golden Glades Interchange.
