Not quite settled in yet after moving from upstate NY to Houston and it's been awhile since I have logged into the forum. Was reading the Houston paper this morning and came across this:

At 50, I finally got out of NY and to a state where I respect the politics, the laws, the culture and right to defend yourself. It's far from perfect but it's a hell of a lot closer than New York. Damn sure going to miss many things about NY but I think we'll get over it.
