Citing numerous fire and safety code violations that the owner has dismissed as “baseless,” City Attorneys of McKinney, Texas, seem to be 'very' determined to shut down the very popular "Hank’s Texas Grill".
Included in the 70+ violations that are being leveled against the restaurant's owner are; state flags hung as decoration and “faded parking lot striping.”
Faded parking lines? Seriously??
Property Owner Ron Reynolds believes that city officials are making up reasons to shut down his honkytonk because of it's prime location in this fast growing city and the city is even using overly aggressive police presence to do it,” CBS DFW reports.
Considering how long the battle between the restaurant and city authorities has been going on, Reynolds may actually have a point.
