In MA. Can the background check show any drug rehab or detoxes that we're attended in the past? Does the fact that they were voluntary matter?

No, background checks are related to criminal charges/convictions, BUT one of the questions asks if you've every been TREATED for drug or alcohol addiction. When you answer yes, there is a spot to explain the circumstances. You should also fill in your profile so we know what town your in, that can make ALL the difference when applying for a LTC in MA.
