There are a lot of pro-gun bills proposed for WV, and not one anti-gun bill, so that's really good news. These bills need to pass, that's were us West Virginians come in. Now is the most important time to make our voices heard, call and e-mail our law makers, and let them know we want these bills passed. Here's an e-mail I received from the West Virginia Citizens Defense League:

We need to start calling the House Judiciary in volume. We need their phones ringing off the hook. We need people from everywhere in the state to call. We need you to get your family to call. We need you to get your friends to call, and they need to convince their friends to call. You all joined the WVCDL as members, or joined the facebook group because you care about your rights. Well folks, this is what it's all about. Calls. Right now.

Below will be a list of numbers and offices to call, and a list of bills to urge them to pass out of committee. If you are a resident of Wayne County, be sure to let Rick Thompson or his staff know. If you are a resident of Harrison County, be sure to let Tim Miley and the Judiciary staff know.

If Speaker Thompson tells you "it's up to the Judiciary Chair," tell him you know better. Tell him you know how Tim Miley gets his job, and you'll hold speaker Thompson accountable if our bills do not pass.

Speaker Thompson's office: (304) 340-3210

House Judiciary Chair Tim Miley: (304) 340-3252

If you are receiving this by facebook, please comment in the thread after you've made the calls. If you're receiving this in email, please reply saying the same. Thank you. This is a chance for you personally to make a difference. Use it!
