In August, OLR reports were generated based on inquiries into CT Assault Weapons Laws and Online Purchases of ammunition. These reports raise concern into some of the types of legislation we may see introduced this coming legislative session. Though Connecticut has a current ban in place, much harm to gun owners could still come in the form of magazine capacity limitations or a ban on a particular type of "action" such as semi-auto.

In the upcoming Legislative Session, we will need a strong effort from our members showing up to testify at the Capitol.
