Some say it is, some say it ain't! And that's the LE in different cities. Wish someone would say one way or the other!

Howdy,

In Arkansas you MUST have a CHCL to legally carry a handgun unless you are a "traveller".

But even the traveller issue is iffy.

CHCLs are easy to get so unless you cannot legally own or carry a concealed handgun, like your crazy or owe +$10,000.00 in back child support, there isn't any reason NOT to get one.
