What are the steps to get a Concealed Carry Permit in other states? I already have a permit in Georgia.

Depends on the state. This website has good resources to answer that question as do the specific state sites. Compare the non-resident UT and non-resident FL licenses reciprocity with that of your GA permit to see which one will benefit you the most. Once you answer that question, go to that states website and see how to obtain it.
