Ca gun laws.

No mentions anywhere about unloaded open carry.

Automobile carry...You didn't mention that you can unloaded open carry

in your car, as long as you don't pass through a GFSZ.PC 12025 (f)

Places off-limits while carrying: You didn't mention secure areas in
airports.

You have confused PC 626 with PC 626.9.

PC 626 deals with the GFSZ which is
1000 ft around a K-12 school. You can't open carry here, but you can
carry concealed or unloaded locked up.

626.9 deals with a safe school zone and is enhancements dealing with
crimes committed in that area, and LEO exemptions. Also times when it's considered a safe
school zone. One hour before and after school activities.

Carrying in unincorporated areas. You can loaded open carry in unincorporated areas where shooting isn't prohibited by local ordinance.
