This seems to be the prevailing attitude of Gov't. Be it Fed, State or local. "We will make you comply" especially if you defy us. (on a civil note) How dare you. And nobody out there doesn't see this as tyranny? Really? He had a dirty yard and we'll use or threaten to use the force of death to have our way with you citizen.
