I received the FL application and filled it out completely...fingerprints, notarization etc...back in Sept 2009. I didnt submit as life came into play. If I was to send in the app this Sept 2010, would that be an issue?

The instructions state that the photo can be no older than 30 days. I don't beleive the application expires. I would fill out a new ap and photos just to prevent a delay.

thanks... I knew about the photo...my real concern is the print card....it wasnt easy to get that done the first time around...
