Another new round..another so-called gimmic?

Advanced Ballistic Concepts has put out a shotgun and .45acp round that separates into 3 sections plus the center bullet. It's connected by strands of kevlar that tie them altogether. It's called the Bolo shell. And it spins like one too! $50 to $60 depending on what you get.

I hear each piece has a tiny LED flashlight too so you can see exactly where it hit in low light to no light situations. There is even a GPS beacon in case you miss your target and wish to locate your round.

Looks like it. I read the article in 'Guns Magazine'. Still neat. Amazing what they come up with,like it or not. I'm glad they don't keep their heads stuck in the dirt and still explore new types of ammo etc.
