May be a mute point with vendor but to support your position, weigh the package as you received it and have UPS verify shipping weight they received. If they match, the missing ammo could not have been in package when shipped. I saved $400 on a disputed shipment from a vendor by documenting the package weight proving the item couldn't have been in the package shipped based on weight.
