Nothing here that any of us shouldn't already know, but Sheriff Harris does cover the basics quite well. I've been watching my own Sheriff's website (Mike Blakely, Limestone) hoping to see some summary of what to expect next, but so far, a little more than a week out from enactment, not a single word. So I searched YouTube last night for any Alabama Sheriff and Sheriff Harris was the only one who's made a video about SB286. Seems like a good guy who knows the new law, so here ya go.
