A couple of things...

Minnesota issues a permit to carry. The permit holder can choose to carry concealed or openly.

Also the alcohol limit is .04. A permit holder must be under .04 when carrying a firearm under color of his or her permit.

Firearms and alcohol don't mix in general. .
