I have an idea. Why don't we make it a law that in order to vote, you must own an acre of land. Those who own less than an acre only get a portion of a vote equal to their land size. That would make the representation of the rural areas closer to equal to city dweller's representation.

As a suggestion for a more rigid stock, you might want to check out a Magpul PRS. While not a 6 position stock, if does adjust both on the butt plate and the cheekweld. Link Removed
