A follow up question - I am traveling to FL. the first week of Jan. 2010. I am good transporting my handgun through the states to FL. with my NY resident permit and the Utah non-resident permit. In Fl. I cannot carry concealed until I get my Fl. Non-Resident permit (paper work is being sent to me now) is issued.
But, am I legal having my handgun in my residence in Fl. until the FL. CCW permitis issued?
