i have a valid az ccw non resident permit but live in new jersey. will centre county pa accept an application from me with an az ccw permit and a nj drivers license to obtain a pa non resident. just wondering if its worth it to fill out the paperwork?
Send in the application with what is required of you and see what happens. You may be pleasantly surprised. Just remember where that permit is valid, right?
