Watch News Jul 17th, Wichita & Open Carry (cities are pre-empted by state law)

Wichita approved open carry . Overland Park has 'just' approved open carry as well and brought their laws in compliance with the Ks law. Kansas City and a couple of other cities are being challenged to make it legal due to the state law pre-empting cities / counties from prohibiting open carry .
It's growing.

Lenexa just approved bringing their open carry law in compliance with the state law, effective 6/25.
