Honesty,Honesty,Honesty, Disclose Disclose Disclose. Put everything and anything that MAY be an issue. I put ALL my arrests including a felony arrest from 40 yrs ago, (Not convicted), and 22 mos later my permit was approved. No appt. with a judge, nothing. 3 DWI, only one conviction as others were bogus, Poss. CDS and paraphanalia,(sp?) charges dropped. BE HONEST!!! You should get it then.
