I wonder if this will become the new standard M.O. of criminals now, to just politely ask the victim to hand over any firearms they might be carrying, their wallets and their cell phones. In our society there is a growing percentage of the population that would just hand it over because they are being taught by politicians and police officers that is the correct thing to do.
