SC Open Carry
Best I can tell, it was returned to committee and has died a deserving death. It started as an amendment to allow concealed carry in restaurants that serve alcohol. Then both pro and anti gunners loaded it up with all sorts of other related and unrelated ideas. It became unpassable (if that is a word). Right now, open carry is only allowed while hunting and fishing (and you have the appropriate licenses), while at a range practicing and at organized gun meets or matches or on your own property. Otherwise keep it concealed. Bill
