open carry in Louisiana

Can anyone tell me precisely what the OC laws are in Louisiana? I have a ccl but an curious about OC.

They are the same as for concealed carry, except you don't need a permit to open carry.

Actually they differ some. There are places where you can legally OC but not CC and there are places where you can CC but not OC.
