Looking for recommendations on an AR-15 trigger

Been looking on midway for a trigger upgrade on my AR-15 but I have no experience with any so what would you guys recommend. The primary use of the rifle is going to be a patrol rifle, so I'm not sure if a 2-stage would be my best bet, but I would also like to be able to use the gun accurately up to 200 yards. Also, how do you know if you have a small pin or a large pin?

Check out Wilson combat, they just came out with a real nice drop in trigger assembly for the AR 15. Its a single stage trigger with a 4lb trigger pull. It costs about $269.00 plus shipping. I`m thinking about getting one, when funds allow.

The Wilson is a good one and I like the Chip McCormick Link Removed

Personally I like a 4.5 pull single stage in a patrol / defensive firearm.

Timney's are also nice, moderately priced, and easy to install. I believe they come in 3 and 5 pound models. As far as pin size, Colt trigger pins are .169 inch dia. and pretty much everyone else uses .154 inch dia.
