Best traditional DA under $700

In your opinion what is the best traditional double action (DA/SA) 9mm on the market right now that holds at least 10 rds? Under $500 is better, as is more rounds, but not looking for something 8" long.

Just to throw this out there if you're going to go TDA I would recommend a decocker rather than a manual safety because (I assume) you will be carrying the gun decocked anyway.
