Can anyone explain why the BHPs made in Portugal are considered better than the ones made in Belgium? At least that's my understanding. What reapuzzles me is that I lived in the Benelux countries (Belgium, Netherlands, Lux'bourg) for 10 years and for sure I'd rahter have anything made in Belgium...
