About Silent Bob

As a young boy I grew up around the Snake River in SE Oregon and SW Idaho (near Old Fort Boise, on the Oregon Trail). I was taught the art, love, and discipline of shooting by grandfather who was a WW2 veteran (RIP grandpa, truly you were the best grandfather any boy could have had).

I have 25 years experience training thousands of civilians, soldiers, sailors, marines, and law enforcement officers.

As a multi-agency accredited instructor, I have organized, developed, implemented, and overseen training for numerous federal agencies such as the Department of Energy, Federal Air Marshals, and the Department of State.

I have worked extensively in both Afghanistan and Iraq in support of America’s military and federal agencies.

I started my instructing career in the Marine Corps, both as a coach and a Primary Marksmanship Instructor. I am a Marine Distinguished Marksman, earned the “President’s Hundred” tab, won the Marine Infantry Team Trophy Match, and have earned numerous other awards for shooting excellence.

I have had the privilege of working with some of the finest operators and combative instructors in the world, and it is my experience that provides the foundation for the Pulse O2DA training process.
