I think the zombies are going to be people without their various medications due to obamacare. There are a scary amount of people utterly dependent on prescriptions to function. Without their meds they will basically turn into zombies in some shape or form. Already seeing it in some of my patients: irrational behavior, lives changed due to pain, frustration, anxiety etc.
