Three sub-human's are charged with murder-related charges following a shooting that left one innocent person dead downtown.
The senseless shooting happened just before 2 a.m. Monday at 275 South Main.
David Santucci, 27, was taken to The MED in critical condition with a gunshot wound to his head, he was later pronounced dead.
The victim's family in Germantown said that he had left a gathering with friends, a birthday party, when he was viciously ambushed Monday morning by the armed thug's.
Mario Patterson, 23, and Dondre Johnson, 19, were both charged with first degree murder in the perpetration of armed-robbery & murder. Jerrica Norfleet, 23, was charged with accessory after the fact first degree murder. Police would not say if it was a hate crime or not.
