Wow, they must have changed the poll soon after I took it. When I answered the poll it was almost 60% infavor of the stand your ground law.

In FL stand your ground applies to any place you have a legal right to be, not just your home.

Texas law is the same anyplace you have a lawful right to be, with or without the law, while I try to avoid conflict I will not abandon my family or my home period.
