xdm concealed

I've only been a member here a few months, but have read enough to know that y'all don't like answering questions have already been asked. So I am sorry if this question has already been asked and answered.
I am soon to finish paying off my 4.5" xdm .40 and then plan on obtaining my ccw permit. Question- how hard will this gun be to conceal? Also any suggestions on what holster/ belt combo I need will be appreciated.

A full size is going to be fun but it's possible, I have a Glock 22 & 27 and don't usually wear a belt with a n82tactical pro IWB, also check for ccw holsters on here under the "concealed carry and handgun" gear section. Lots of info, but it's really trial and error for what fits you. Good luck.

Thanks
I forgot to mention we have open carry here in MS. But I want it concealed as much as possible, if somethingI is about to go down I don't want to put a target on me by having the bg notice my gun.

I carry mine in a Don Hume H710. Mostly just wear my shirt covering it that also helps to conceal my beer gut. Sometimes I don't even bother to conceal it, depends on the circumstances. But I'm very happy with the gun! Think you will too.

I can hide a midsize XDM 9mm even in summer clothes (I'm 5'6" and a little rounder than I'd like). I use a Comp-Tac contour belt and their Minotaur Neutral IWB holster, in the appendix area. It does tend to poke me in the leg when I sit down, but is easy to discreetly adjust. The holster is tuckable, and the clips that hold it on the belt are small and the same color as the belt, so not very obvious (unlike my CrossBreed with a wide black clip).

I carry the XDM .45 compact in a comp tac minotaur IWB with a 5.11 dress belt. I almost always have my shirt tucked in due to work constraints. I have carried with the extended magazine and have yet to be outed and I carry at 3:30. The biggest disadvantae to the XDM line in my opinion is the sharp rear ssights which tends to print if not careful. I like the comp tac holster sets because of the tuckability as well as the available color options. They also make a c clip and velcro attachment that are great for deep concealment.

I'm 6'1, 220 & have no prob concealing an xdm9 in my mtac. One thing I find to help w/ comfort is to have a tshirt BTW pistol grip & my skin. Look at the grip & imagine that rubbing your bare skin for a few hrs.

I carry my XD9 Tactical in a Cross Breed SuperTuck Deluxe. It is quite comfortable and people can't spot it even after I have told them I am carrying!
