So my question is, does a valid concealed carry permit from another state also apply? WV does have reciprocity with FL so it should. Looks like WV is headed the right way.

And the elected schmuck from Vegas is trying to make it worse here in NV. Tbere was a bill introduced that holds a seller liable if they did not run a background check. You sell me a gun, I go crazy and shoot up a mall, YOU are liable without the check

No better feeling of freedom than exercising my second amendment right while fly fishing the mountain streams of WV. Not much threat there except animals though. Hopefully the senate will pass this bill and even the liberal mayor of Charleston won't be able to tell us where we can and can't carry. Charleston has far more dangerous animals...
