i have my pistol licence in warren county . i had no hit on nics check . so i went to buy gun and the nics red flaged me .got a big fat deniel . and even the judge doesnt no what happend please can anyone help

If you are completely legal with nothing at all in your background, it seems odd that you don't just go buy a weapon at a gun show. If you are a felon and you do buy a gun at a gun show you will be an outlaw, like John Dillenger. Odd that you are talking with a judge, too. How about a little more explanation, some more facts?
Maybe it was all the spelling errors on your application? But seriously, looks like you will have to appeal the denial.

I'm not sure he can legally buy at a gun show now that he knows he's been denied. Of course, he could just be an anti looking for ammunition to use against gun owners, ya know like "I went on this site and told them I got denied and they told me to go use "The Gun Show Loophole""
IF he knows that there is nothing in his background making him a prohibited person, it is certainly legal for him to buy a gun in a legal private party transaction. NICS denial is not on the list in 18 USC 922 of items that makes a person prohibited. All that a NICS denial is that there is an indication a person might be prohibited.
We won't ever hear back from the OP, though. Or, is it here back?
