Am I in the wrong place I thought this was a place to talk about weapons and weapons carry. ??

Why the Muslim bashing have we go so intolerant in our society we jump at everybody that says Muslim ?? Personally I think it is the wrong place to talk about race or politics.

We all joined this group with a common hobby/goal why are we allowing the radicals to change the agenda

There are a lot of confused folks on this forum who have been brainwashed by NRA. With that being said, there is a political category on this forum so you really shouldn't mind talking politics. I believe there is also a religion forum so you should just stay out of there unless you want to see some ignorance and intolerance.

And right now you are posting in the forum labeled "General Firearm Discussion". This belongs in the "Off Topic" or "Politics" section for people who do not want to discuss guns.

Avoid any forum not to do with firearms or carry...folks here can be a great source for carry and such info, but if that is the only interest you share, it can leave you a bit amazed...you know twilight zone stuff. This is especially true now as the election nears, fears escalate, and it becomes more and more apparent that Romney is incompetent. Apparently a belief in the 2A is most often correlated with other beliefs and if you don't share those, it is best to stick to firearms discussions. This can be hard on a tablet or phone with the app, because it shows what is new without respect to forum...but the subjects are usually pretty clear - you know, end of the world stuff.

Sorry, I had it a while ago and I lost the link. I'll dig it up for you. If I can remember correctly it went on to say that 3 out of 5 people that open carried were or still are bed wetters.

You have joined a site that has many diverse members. Our topics of discussion are wide ranging which make it very interesting in here. The site has many forums available for many different topics, including "Off Topic", "2A Politics" and "Politics".

If you bother to hit the "forums" link you'll see what's available. I think the "politics" forum does come witha warning to stay out if you don't have thick skin!

Attending a web site where everyone agrees with everyone else is just plain boring. Got to stir the pot if you want something to come to the top! Sometimes what floats to the top you may not agree with and you may find personalities that you just won't have the time of day for and may want to put on your ignore list, but hey! We're all here to express opinions, share information and discuss issues with people that have a common thread with us.

I think at one time there was a form expressly for "religion" but as I understand the story, it got so wildly out of control the moderator had to shut it down. At least that what I read. So most of the religion topics come up in either 'Off Topic" or "politics"
