Would Be Mass Murderer Stopped by Bystander With a Gun

Link Removed liberal Link Removed control proponents insist that an armed person would not have been able to stop it. That’s not true. What is true is that whenever a mass shooting is stopped, the press refuses to report it. The latest example was just last Sunday, in Glendale, AR, when a 27-year-old man got into an altercation at a Link Removed and was asked to leave. He did, but returned shortly thereafter with a rifle and began shooting it off outside the house. He took aim at some of the guests, when a 39-year-old man whipped out his gun and shot him.
According to a statement from Glendale Police Department spokeswoman Officer Tracey Breeden, the shooting was justified.
“This is standard procedure under these type of circumstances. Information and evidence detectives have gathered leads them to believe the 27-year-old was not only firing his rifle, endangering partygoers, but also pointed the weapon at other partygoers, endangering them, prior to the 39-year-old displaying a weapon and shooting the 27-year-old.”
The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.”
No major media center has run the story. And this isn’t the only story you haven’t heard. Buzzfeed chronicled 9 shootings that were stopped by bystanders with guns.
Just ask yourself one question, if a would be mass murderer was shooting at you, would you want to have a gun or would you rather just hope you don’t get hit?

When good guys with a gun prevent a shooting it is on page 8. When a mass shooter kills 26 people it is on page one. I guess it is okay because CCW people are not out for recognition or fame, they just want the right to live and help others live. A pat on the back and a thank you
can mean as much as a news article.
