*Worlds smallest .45 ?*

Oh man, that does NOT look fun to shoot - a .45 that's under a pound and barely bigger than a smartphone?
Better hit the dude on the first shot (granted you only have 2 shots anyway) because that thing is gonna jump right out of your hand.

No kidding! LOL...It definately would not be comfortable to shoot.

Having had a 3" .45 and still have a 3-1/2" .45 that thing from D.Tap will only be bought by some very un-knowing people about handguns. IMHO it's a waste of anyone's money and could do more harm to the shooter then someone they were trying to shoot.

That's what I'm seeing. Lotta pain with each shot, extremely limited capacity, obviously a really short barrel and the lack of accuracy that comes with it. I'm thinking "backup pistol in an ankle holster". I have my dad's .32 derringer in a safe. It's a joke unless it's pressed into someone's ribs. I'd call my derringer "Deadly accurate up to one meter".

I found the Taurus pt145 to be a lightweight comfortable good shooting little. 45.Very accurate aswell, not bad for the price.Glock. 30 is a very nice compact. 45.

my finger joints are swollen and wrist is sore as hell, just thinking about that recoil ... damn I'm getting old.... I remember a time when I mightta been first in line to try that thing....

My g36 is about as small of a 45 as I want to shoot. My pf9 gave me a new respect for 9mm!! That thing just looks like a bruised hand waiting to happen!!!

"Because they don't make a .46". If you can handle the recoil you probably don't need a firearm to defend yourself!

Yup hurts my hand thinking about it. But the 9mm might not be so bad. But for the $$ I would rather have a Nano or equal 9mm. Small enough imo

This looks like a nice little conceal carry pistol, but it's overpriced i.m.h.o.

I agree with the others here - it looks like it would be painful to shoot. And being limited to 2 shots would worry me. But just as God makes little green apples, there will be people who purchase this thing. In 9mm, it might not be TOO bad to shoot, but honestly, who wants to carry a gun with only 2 shots and suspect accuracy anywhere over 10 feet?

Heck, I am constantly criticized for carrying my Colt Defender with a 3 inch barrel, so I would be a laughing-stock if I carried this thing.

Colt Defender is a sweet gun. 2 shots I wouldn't like either. 6 min

Whether or not we like this gun, the company is serving the existing trend of people wanting micro compact carry guns. Whether or not that makes sense to US isn't really the point of the idea. Most of us people active in this forum, I suspect, would much rather have something larger.
